SCA gets set to launch LiSTNR Precision Plus

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) has unveiled LiSTNR Precision Plus, a world-first evolution in digital audio advertising, set to launch in October.

This innovation is powered by cutting-edge AI combined with first party data signals from both LiSTNR and brands, allowing LiSTNR Precision Plus to deliver real-time optimisation, empowering brands and agencies to execute more targeted and impactful audio campaigns.

LiSTNR’s AdTech capabilities, combined with full ownership of its technology roadmap, enable SCA to be able to innovate rapidly.

These capabilities have existed for years on global digital audio platforms.

It’s a solid regional product launch with localised polish, but all of its claimed capabilities exist elsewhere, often in more advanced or more scalable formats.

Can’t wait for this to make SCA stations even more unlistnrable during commercial breaks. Their implementation of In-Stream advertising is woeful, and has been since the launch of LiSTNR. The propeller heads putting in all these changes clearly don’t or have never listnrd to linear broadcast radio… Which is still the most popular content on the platform. Get that fixed first, then do the fancy stuff.
