Old Skool is in

hit1041 2Day FM has been redefining its music position in Sydney over the last 2 or so months. First it was RnB Friday’s and from tomorrow Old Skool Mondays kick in.

RadioToday asked 2Day CD Irene Hulme for the lowdown:  “2DAYFM’s RnB Fridays have been incredibly successful, we are getting an extraordinary amount of positive feedback and it continues to build week to week.” 

So why the move with Old Skool?

“I wanted to create something similar to start the week that would generate the same level of talk and tune in interest, ‘2DAYFM’s Old Skool Mondays’ start this Monday, 3 hours of Old Skool from 9 every week following Dan & Maz.

Both features help reinforce our unique music position of Hits & Old Skool.”
