Nova’s Nathan, Nat & Shaun dine at The Lodge with Albo

Nova’s Perth Breakfast team of Nathan, Nat & Shaun is in Canberra.

After months of trying to score an invite, the gang finally had the opportunity to visit Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at The Lodge for dinner alongside Albo’s wife Jodie and of course, Toto the dog.

This week, Albo joined Nathan, Nat & Shaun live on air to chat about what went down at dinner.

They talked about Albo’s love of Taylor Swift and the time he hosted the ABC’s music show Rage, among other things.

The PM said “It was a terrific evening it was great to catch up on an informal way and even Toto let you in the house. You got Toto’s approval on the way through and even got a little pat as the night went on. She doesn’t give her affection easily.”

On Taylor Swift, Albo remarked “I think she’s terrific and I think that she’s empowering of young women. If people actually listened to shake it off it the lyrics are fantastic.”
