Nova nabs Ed Sheeran exclusive ahead of Beyonce remix

In an exclusive, Ed Sheeran called into Nova to talk to Greg Burns about his new collaboration with Beyoncé.

The remix of Sheeran’s hit single ‘Perfect’ featuring Beyoncé dropped globally today just after 11am (EST).

The British singer-songwriter talks about how he thought Beyoncé would say no to the collaboration but she agreed and recorded the single heavily pregnant.

“I just asked. As simple as that sounds,” Sheeran explained.

“I thought it was going to be a ‘no, not now’, but I asked and yeah…”

He also told Nova that there is a third version of the single ‘Perfect’ to come.
