Not Spencer?

Brisbane is the market with lots of change in the Breakfast landscape.  Already ARN’s 97.3 have made a move with Robin Bailey, is Spencer Howson at 612 ABC Brisbane calling the early mornings a day as well?

Fairfax Media has made the call saying: “it was Howson’s choice to move on from his long-held reign in breakfast radio”.

Spencer Howson’s Breakfast program on the ABC has had a ripper run, taking out number #1 for almost half of this year in the competitive daypart – it’s a shift he has held again since 2012. His first run on 612 ABC Breakfast was back in the late 90’s.

While Michael Mason announced the changes slated for a number of ABC markets and brands earlier today, Brisbane was one market yet to be announced.
