New Daytime Explorers podcast series helps kids let go of their worries

Reporter

With kids increasingly feeling anxious and overwhelmed in this fast-paced world, acclaimed Mindful Mama coach Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is returning with a new season of the Daytime Explorers podcast, the sister series to the award-winning Bedtime Explorers.

Each episode invites little listeners to take a ‘walking meditation’ in their imagination. The idea is that with each gentle step along a snowy path, in a leafy forest or along a sandy beach, children will gradually slow down and let go of their worries.

“Over each of the 10 meditation episodes I aim to gently guide children to slow down, feel more calm and lower their anxiety, whenever they need to, wherever they are,” says Amy.

“Hopefully, kids will be able to use these tools anytime they need as an emotional reset – day or night.”

The first episode of the new season of Daytime Explorers, called ‘Soft Snow’, is available free on LiSTNR here.

The complete season can be heard ad free on Kinderling Premium via subscription on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and more.
