More Hamish & Andy memories pulled from the vault

Season five of Hamish & Andy’s Remembering Project returns today and LiSTNR is the first place where fans can hear the new episodes.

The pair has pulled out the production notes from 2,500 shows, 26,000 segments and 20+ years of radio archives to take a hilarious trip down memory lane.

In the first episode, Hamish and Andy listen to audio that they haven’t heard since they recorded it more than 20 years ago, including their first broadcast on community radio, which has been digitised from cassette.

Across the 12 episodes of season five, the boys share some of their most classic moments including the one and only time that Andy swore on air, Ronan Keating’s fashion faux pas and the lengths they took to track down Steven Seagal.

Lee says “While moving recently I found the old cassettes from our SYN FM community radio days and had them digitised for a special launch episode of Remembering Project – I now have proof that Hamish has run late to every show for 20 years!”
