JJJ’s Unearthed High winner ‘Asta’

Hobart school girl 'Asta', who has been compared to Sia, Owl Eyes and Ladyhawke, has won the Triple J Unearthed High comp.

She wins a trip to Sydney to have her song 'My Heart is on Fire' professionally recorded, guaranteed airtime and gets to perform beside Bliss N Eso at her school.

Asta will also play at Hobart's Soundscape Festival with artists like The Temper Trap, Missy Higgins and Bluejuice.
