How to avoid Media Watch

Former host of Media Watch, Jonathan Holmes, will host a session called 'Avoiding Media Watch' at the National Radio Conference in Brisbane on Friday October 11.

Holmes will chair the session which will feature a panel of broadcast media lawyers; Michelle Davies (Fairfax), Sarah Tinsley (DMG) and Stuart Thomas (Network Ten, formerly Macquarie Radio Network). They will answer questions posed by Holmes, and offer views on how to steer clear of becoming the centre of a media storm or minimising the impact.

CRA CEO Joan Warner, said: “Sessions like this one are an excellent forum for discussion and debate amongst our members and we look forward to what Jonathan Holmes and the panel will bring to the conference.”

Interestingly, there is no keynote speaker this year. Last year it was Sharon Osbourne, but this time it seems to be all business on the program.
