Hope Endean: Loving life at Hit Mid North Coast
2024 is off to a flyer for Hope Endean, who’s joined the crew at Hit Mid North Coast.
Hope landed a full-time gig as Workday Announcer at Port Macquarie in January this year.
It came hot on the heels of her 2023 ACRA nomination for Best New Talent – On Air.
As Hope tells Radio Today, it’s been a whirlwind few months. And she’s loving every minute.
“I started at SCA at the beginning of this year, and it has been an absolute dream.”
“Joining the Hit Network really feels like the perfect next step for me in my career. I’ve spent a lot of time over the past couple of years working on my craft and reaching out to people in the industry so it’s incredibly rewarding to see my hard work pay off.”
“I’m so excited to see what the future holds!”
It wasn’t all that long ago that Radio Today interviewed Hope when she was juggling her final year of high school with being the afternoon and Saturday morning announcer at FM 104.7 in Grafton.
Not surprisingly, she was career-motivated from a very young age.
As she told me back then: “I realised that I wanted to work in creative media such as radio there was nothing that was going to stop me!”
And clearly, nothing has. Hope’s radio career continues to go from strength to strength.
Hope can be heard on Hit Mid North Coast from 9-12 weekdays or on the LiSTNR app.
