Vaughan Hobbs joins Triple M

Triple M has announced the appointment of Vaughan Hobbs to the newly created role of ‘Network Head of Music’.

Triple M Head of Content Mike Fitzpatrick said;

“Vaughan will work closely with me on a strategy across the six iterations of the Triple M format on FM and DAB+ and with our research team to make sure our music sounds better than ever. 

With over 30 years of radio experience, including programming roles in New Zealand, the U.K., Czech Republic and Kenya, Vaughan is an impressive hire for the Ms.”

Vaughan Hobbs most recently has programmed More FM Auckland, the Solid Gold Network, and was the launch programmer of rock station The Sound. 

He will be based in Melbourne and commences in his new role on 30 November.
