Fox give away a house

From time to time radio stations like to give away a house, it's a big ticket giveaway, and the house and land developers love it, so it's great for sales and programming. 

In Melbourne, Mix did it last year, and today it was Fox FM's turn.

Matt & Jo on Fox this morning gave a new house in Peets Aston Estate in Craigieburn to a lucky listener and her family (right), the partners were Porter Davis Homes and Channel Seven's House Rules.

The mechanic for the tactic was a number and a letter being drawn out on the Matt & Jo show over the past few weeks, and the fastest caller through who had both elements in their current address, became a finalist.

This morning 38 finalists braved a 7 degree morning in Melbourne with 38 letterboxes lined up, only one of which contained a golden key to a new home. See the video of the giveaway below;
