Dylan & Hayley raise $20K for young listener’s guide dog

Nova 91.9‘s Dylan & Hayley completed a great story arc yesterday, helping raise enough money for a listener to get a much-needed guide dog.

After hearing about the Haythorpe Family and their son Liam in the Adelaide Advertiser, Dylan & Hayley made it their mission to raise the $20K needed.

Liam has severe autism, but the money needed was out of the Haythorpe’s reach.

Rallying listeners and clients, Dylan & Hayley had raised $15K before a generous donation from Joseph Romeo of Romeos Supermarkets brought them the final $5K.

“this means the world to us,” said Liam’s mum Amy.

“It will allow us to go out and do more as a family…  It’s going to make a huge difference.”
