Double J: Mikey Robins & Helen Razer

On the anniversary of the very day Double Jay started broadcasting 40 years ago, they have brought back some of the biggest names the station has ever produced.

It kicked off this morning with one of triple j’s most popular brekkie teams, Mikey Robins & Helen Razer.

Talking about the current J generation of staff, Mickey said: “They are so upbeat these days.. I just want to slap them."  "I just want to crush their dreams”, said Helen

They were both reflecting on their careers and aspirations and the reality, all tongue in cheek. But Helen has learnt some tricks 17 years after they finished on the J’s, like forward promoting and hooking!
