Daryl Reader wraps up final day on air at Geelong’s Bay FM

Friends and colleagues filled the studio to say goodbye yesterday, as Daryl Reader wrapped up his final on-air shift at Geelong’s bay 93.9.

After 40 years in the industry, the popular weekday host announced just over a week ago that he’d be finishing up at the station at the end of this month.

Of his last day on air, Reader said on social media “And just like that, it has come to an end. Thank you for the messages and kind words.”

 “There is more to come.”
