Cathy wins Gold 104.3’s Golden Holden

Today on the The Christian O’Connell Show on Melbourne’s Gold 104.3, the team gave away a very special ‘Golden Holden’ on-air.

Last month Christian and the team crowd sourced a 2002 Holden Commodore from their loyal listeners, which was then fixed up to give away on air.

For a chance to win it, listeners had to send in reworks of their favourite karaoke songs, changing the lyrics to tell Christian why they should be the next owner of the Golden Holden.

After two months of tireless work and more $40,000 worth of repairs, the car was awarded to Cathy whose incredible re-working of Khe Sanh won her the Golden Holden.
