Meet the hosts:

DJ Sarah is obsessed with dance music. Her DJ sets are varied and fun, focusing on techy breaks and percussive house music.

Also an artist manager (BIG WETTFranko Gonzo), Sarah is an A&R scout for Australian indie label I OH YOU, and a dedicated mentor at her DJ101 workshops for female, trans and non-binary individuals who are looking to break into the DJ scene.

Gold Fang was raised in Trinidad & Tobago. Flying the flag for the sounds of the Caribbean in Australian music, upon his arrival in Sydney, Fang quickly established himself in the community surrounding The Lansdowne’s Reggae Mondays via weekly performances, where he met frontman of The Delta Riggs and long-term collaborator Elliott Hammond

This friendship provided Gold Fang with a foothold in the mainstream music community, allowing his talent, work ethic and unmatched charisma to be noticed.

Carolina Gasolina’s sound moves through hip hop, baile funk, reggaeton and club music. She has supported international artists such as RL Grime & Bauer on tour, as well as playing festivals such as Splendour in the Grass, Laneway, Secret Garden, Vivid and Darwin Festival.

Munasib, pronounced as Mu-naa-sib, showcases club tunes from around the world. The Australian-born, Bengali DJ marks a sea change in Australian dance culture, reflecting the plurality of the country’s multiculturalism with sets that as easily include Bollywood beats as Vince Staples’ ‘Norf Norf.’
