Big career plot twist for ARN’s Ryan Khay

After more than two decades in programming, Ryan Khay’s radio career has taken quite the plot twist.

The former Power 100 and Star 106.3 Townsville Content Director has joined ARN’s Engineering Department as a Junior Technologist at Hot Tomato on the Gold Coast.

Announcing the news on LinkedIn, Khay says “I’ve been given a brilliant opportunity with ARN and I’ve transitioned my radio career.”

“After 22 years in Programming, I’m expanding my skill set to become the Swiss army knife of Commercial Radio and moving into Broadcast Technology and couldn’t be more grateful and excited!”

Khay prides himself on thinking outside the box, being resourceful and staying current with technology and trends.

The former ACRA winner joins ARN’s Queensland technology team with a wealth of industry experience, including formal training through AFTRS, AIR TV and The Radio School.
