ARN continues investment in technology and innovation


ARN has strengthened its investment in the future of digital audio and technology with Fayad Tohme joining the business in the newly created role of Chief Digital and Technology Officer.

Reporting in to ARN Chief Executive Officer Ciaran Davis, the role sits within ARN’s Executive Leadership Team and is part of an ambitious roadmap and future strategy designed to further solidify the company’s position as the best audio business within the country.

Fayad will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of digital, data, technology, and product innovation for ARN.

Fayad joins the ARN team from Nova Entertainment, where he was Chief Digital Officer, responsible for developing Nova’s digital strategy and commercial growth. Prior to Nova, he has held a range of digital leadership positions across consulting, strategy, and transformation.

Alongside the appointment of Fayad, ARN has also created a new Digital & Technology Leadership Team, which comprises of Tracey Gillan (Head of Commercial Operations), Corey Layton (Head of Digital Audio), Rich Howells (Head of Digital Commercial), Matt Ollerenshaw (Head of Broadcast and Workplace Technology) and a soon-to-be appointed Head of Business Solutions.

Fayad has a Bachelor of Robotic Engineering from the University of Sydney, a Master of Management from UTS and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
