Andrew Clark replaces Melanie Withnall as ABC Sydney manager

Andrew Clark replaces Melanie Withnall as Manager of ABC Sydney.

He was previously EP at SBS News for 7 years across all content for radio, digital and TV. Before that he wasAssignment Editor at SBS, planning major story coverage in Sydney and beyond, including elections.

He has also worked at Aljazeera and spent 12 years at the BBC. He bagan his career at BBC local radio and later went on to become the BBC’s youngest news editor at the time, working for BBC World. He is a Board member of 2MBS Fine Music.

Melanie Withnall recently joined SCA.

Clark will start in his new job on Monday 13 December, the same day as the new breakfast show, presented by James Valentine.
