96FM’s Carmen & Fitzi Support WA Bush Fire Victims

Bush fires devastated the South West of WA and Perth’s 96FM Carmen & Fitzi  joined the residents who took refuge at  the Pinjarra Evacuation Centre for their first show back On-Air in 2016.

The resilience and strength of community spirit in the region was evident as families, volunteers and emergency services workers shared their stories from the frontline.

Carmen & Fitzi spoke with Yarloop local Aida, who lost her home. Dave the owner BP roadhouse who has been supplying food and Superintendent Gary Baxter from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
