4BC appoint a new Content Director

Anthony Frangi has over 20 years experience in the industry, he has hosted talk shows on ABC Radio in Queensland and on 4BC, as well as presenting, reporting and producing for commercial television.

Over his career, Anthony has also managed and programmed radio stations for ABC Radio in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania.

He previously held the position of Program Director for the Bachelor of Journalism at The University of Queensland. Anthony has also earned State and National advertising and Media Awards, Queensland Tourism Award for Radio and a Queensland Landcare Award. In 2009, Anthony developed and launched JACradio.com.au for The University of Queensland.

Anthony is author of ‘So you want Media Coverage’ – a guide on how to attract good media coverage and ‘The Radio Toolbox – everything you need to get started in broadcasting’.

Anthony is also a trainer in media, presentation, communication and personal development.
