Turia Pitt releases new daily positivity podcast 

Motivational speaker and author Turia Pitt of The First 30 podcast is back to help listeners stay positive with a new daily pep talk full of practical wisdom.

Having survived severe burns to 65% of her body after being caught in a WA bushfire during an ultramarathon in 2011, Turia knows about hard times, but she has continued to push forward as an athlete, bestselling author, business leader and mum.

In Turia Pitt’s Pep Talk, Turia will share her practical tips, tools and anecdotes to uplift and inspire listeners during the working week.

“Overcoming the challenges in my life did not happen in some grand overnight miracle, but in small habits, done daily. I’m excited to share evidence-based methods and insights via my daily pep talks — these are tools that help me and I know they’ll help you too,” said Turia.

“I believe that it’s not what your goal is, or how much you want it or even why you want it. All that counts is that you show up and take that small step forward, every day, towards that goal.”

The small five-minute episodes are made for busy people wanting to reframe their mindset and get in a positive headspace.
