The Music Network Chart Wrap: December 3
Chart Wrap:
Ed Sheeran holds #1 for his sixth week with Thinking Out Loud but an old rival in the form of Taylor Swift might challenge the top spot. Blank Space is a definite contender since moving to #2 this week from #6. Meghan Trainor’s Lips Are Movin remains at #3 this week but still has a strong position to swoop in on the Top 2 should some major playlist rotations occur next week.
Mark Ronson’s Uptown Funk moves to #7 this week up from #18 and is also one of this week’s most moved tracks, all on its second week in the chart.
Up at #13 with a new peak is Will Sparks’ Ah Yeah So What featuring Wiley & Elen Levon – also one of this week’s most moved tracks. Most moved however, goes to One Direction’sNight Changes, which jumps 59 places to #39 from its #98 debut. Some noteworthy debuts in the Top 50 come from Clean Bandit & Jess Glynne with Real Love debuting at #32, as well as Tiesto & DBX’s Light Years, which enters at #36.
