Sooshi Mango Saucy Meatballs Podcast joins LiSTNR for new season

Comedy group Sooshi Mango has joined LiSTNR for another season of their Sooshi Mango Saucy Meatballs Podcast.

Bringing over the podcast’s back catalogue, creators Joe Salanitri, Carlo Salanitri and Andrew Manfre said, “We’re trilled to be able to reach a wider audience and are looking forward to bringing a little bit of our saucy meatballs to the LiSTNR community.”

With over 600 million online views and almost 800,000 TikTok followers, it’s safe to say the trio have enjoyed a meteoric rise in the Australian online comedy scene. 

The podcast features a mixture of special guests, comedy segments, prank calls and the trio’s take on current issues and modern life.

Previous podcast guests have included former Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Carlton Football Club legends Kouta and Ang Christou, Triple M’s Mick Molloy, American YouTuber Joe Santagato, professional boxer Tim Tszyu, actress Mary Coustas, comedian Troy Kinne and TV personality Eddie McGuire.

In the first episode of the podcast’s new season, the trio try to have their new song Tarantella added to the Hit Network’s playlist by contacting the network’s music director. Plus, they reflect on their first-ever show in Dubai and break down their struggles with confusing phrases used by Gen Z including how to correctly use the term ‘bussin’.
