smoothfm welcomes back Tony Hadley

smoothfm continues to bolster its lineup with stars, as Tony Hadley announces his return to Sunday Nights.

The multi-talented singer-songwriter, actor and radio presenter, will host four shows from December 1, as well as joining smoothfm’s Christmas Eve coverage.

He will be heard from 6pm-8pm each Sunday.

After his stint at smooth, Hadley will return with his solo Australian tour in February and March of 2020.

“I’m so looking forward to touring Australia and playing all the classic hits because I love the response from fans.

“People as if I get bored playing ‘True’, ‘Gold’ and ‘Through The Barricades’ and I don’t as every audience is different.

“But I’m looking forward to playing some of the new stuff, and I love getting a reaction from this too!”

The announcement follows the news that Robbie Williams is heading to Saturday Nights on smoothfm. also in December.

The pair join smooth’s list of high-profile artists and personalities, including Elton John, Rod Stewart, Michael Bublé and Dolly Parton, who’ve shared stories and their favourite songs with smoothfm listeners.
