RØDE Prize “absolutely fantastic” says winner

The RØDE Prize attracted more entries than any other category in the Radio Today Podcast Awards, which wrapped up in August.

The winner was Ciaran Moffat from Adelaide, who described in 50 words (or less) how his work would benefit from winning The RØDE Prize.

He wrote (in exactly 50 words):

“The Rode Prize would enhance my interviews, giving them a more streamlined and professional quality and allowing me to focus on creating more and better content. It would give me an unparalleled level of control and freedom over my recordings which would help me entice guests and attract more listeners”.

For his prize, Ciaran  received RØDE’s very latest flagship product, the RØDECaster Pro II mixer, a Procaster microphone, a PSA1+ Studio Arm, NTH-100 Headphones plus all the cables and accessories you’ll need for a fully professional podcasting setup.

Ciaran told us, “The prize arrived last week and it’s absolutely fantastic. It seems like RØDE looked at each individual aspect of the (original model) Rodecaster Pro to see what they could upgrade for the Rodecaster Pro II. The supporting software really brings out the full potential.”

The judges for The RØDE Prize were chosen exclusively from the RØDE management team.

Jason Turnbull – Community & Partnerships Manager at RØDE said, “It has been a pleasure to be involved with the Radio Today Podcast Awards and see so many inspiring and innovative creators submit their entries. We’re looking forward to seeing how the RØDE Prize bundle can help our winner take their podcasting game to the next level.”
