Australia’s biggest brekkie show Top 5 on latest Podcast Ranker

Podcast downloads from publishers participating in Commercial Radio Australia’s monthly Podcast Ranker surpassed 40 million in June, according to Triton Digital.

Australian Radio Network’s iHeartPodcast topped the publisher rankings again, delivering 327 active podcasts in June and over eight million monthly downloads.

ARN also held three of the Top 4 spots, with Kyle & Jackie O returning to the Top 5 after falling #6 last month. The popular Stuff You Should Know was the most downloaded podcast.

Participating publishers in the Australian Ranker include ARN, SCA, News Corp Australia, Audioboom, Stitcher, Wondery, Nova, Nine Radio, SEN, Schwartz Media, TOFOP, Kinderling, Wavelength Creative, Wondery, NBC News and West Australian Newspapers.

The Ranker provides insight into the Top 100 Podcasts and Top 10 Publishers in Australia, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

Seven new entities appear in the Top 100, including the Nova National News Briefing, The Totally Football Show with James Richardson and What The Flux.

In the All-Australian Top 100, six new entities appear the June reporting period, including Get Started Investing, 3AW is Football, Official SuperCoach Podcast and Below the Belt.
