Staff Writer

Brett ‘Nozz’ Nossiter is joining ARN as iHeartRadio Australia’s first Content Director.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Brett to the team. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this newly created role. His proven experience across radio, television and live events will mean even more unforgettable musical experiences for our audiences, coupled with creating great unique and engaging content,” said ARN National Content Director Duncan Campbell.

Nozz will work closely with Emotive, which ARN partnered with last month to create and engage a larger slice of the market with the iHeartRadio platform.

Brett starts May 4 and has over 15 years in Radio, TV and live events including Austereo, Foxtel’s Channel [V] and Nova Entertainment. Nozz’s position as Content Acquisition & Partnerships Director at Authentic Entertainment saw him playing a role in the relaunch of the iconic Live at the Chapel brand, launching Planet Vevo and Radio X Factor.

ARN’s CEO Ciaran Davis said: “This appointment is part of ARN’s ongoing evolution and growth of iHeartRadio. Combined with Emotive’s dedicated content marketing approach, this will result in further growth for the platform while providing brands with even more targeted commercial opportunities and giving audiences more of what they love.

“iHeartRadio is fast becoming the leading music and entertainment platform in Australia and is a key part of ARN’s growth strategy as we expand our digital and social properties.”
