RadioWest in Albany have a new breakfast host. Doug Terry had been at the station for 12 months but now moves to Bunbury to host a new morning program there. Rami Mustafa, who was recently in promotions at 92.9 in Perth and has been on-air at WA FM and Red FM will take his place and starts Monday.

Andrew Darbyshire AM FAICD has been appointed to the Board of Directors of MCM. He is a former broadcast engineer. MCM Entertainment Group’s CEO Simon Joyce said, “Andrew’s extensive experience in software and company management complements our existing technology expertise particularly as we move to capitalise on market opportunities for Movideo in the Asia Pacific Region”

Tenielle Hawker is joining the breakfast show on 3YB in Warrnambool with Jon Vertigan.

Jack Wallace (previously Zoo FM) is now doing breakfast as well as wrting copy for Move FM and 2LT in Lithgow.

Carly Nicolaides, who was a creative writer at SCA on the Sunny Coast is moving down the road to take on a similar role at 4BC / 4BH in Brisbane.

Joshua Withers, who has worked at Star FM, Port Macquarie, at RCS and is even a marriage celebrant in his spare time, has joined 4BC / 4BH as their Online Content Producer.

Power FM in Ballarat have a new announcer / production guy. Brad Wood comes to the station from 2NM and Power FM in Muswellbrook.

Jules, who does breakfast on LAFM in Launcestion will have a co-host from this time next month. Southern Cross TV sports guy, Rob Fairs, will be making the move into radio.

Jeanna Manifold who is currently the Agency Sales Director at ARN in Brisbane, is heading south to join MCM as their Melbourne Sales Director.

David Bye has left radio after 23 years in the industry. He spent most of his time at 5RM in Berri either as announcer, PD, Group PD for S.A, or GM. For the past 5 years he was Fairfax Media’s Regional Radio General Manager.
