ABC Canberra drive announcer, Louise Maher, will become a local field reporter next year. Replacing her as host of drive will be Adam Shirley. Other moves at the station include Alex Sloan going to arvo’s from mornings and Genevieve Jacobs moving to mornings.

NZ broadcaster Paul Holmes has announced he is reducing his current working hours with Newstalk ZB after a few recent health scares. He has been on the #1 rating station for over 25 years and will continue to be part of the station.

2CC’s Jorian Gardner has been sacked from the station.

Ryan ‘Burgo’ Burgess is moving from SAFM to be the new mornings announcer at Fox FM.

Sea FM on the Central Coast have revealed their new breakfast show following the departure of ‘Paddy & Ciel’. The new show will be Dani Pola and Nath Cera.

Gemma Clark has started as Publicist/Content Coordinator at SCA Perth, taking care of 92.9 and Mix 94.5.

Shayne Sinclair, from Nova 969, has taken to Twitter to announce he is going to be hosting national Nova drive over summer.

Nova 100 have announced that their fill-in summer breakfast show will be Tommy Little and Dani Venn.

In 2013, Hamish & Andy will move to 4pm – 6pm Monday’s and 9am – 10am Tuesday to Friday’s across the Today network. Fifi & Jules move to Tuesday to Friday’s 4pm – 6pm.

Simone La Posta is the new ABC Local Radio Marketing Coordinator in Adelaide. Simone was previously Publicity / Marketing Officer at Country Arts SA and before that was publicist for the 2011 Adelaide Film Festival. Simone starts Jan 8.
