A Mitchell Milestone: 30 years at 3AW

It’s a rarity in this industry to reach a milestone of 30 years in radio. It’s even more of a rarity to spend those 30 years at the one station. 

It’s a radio milestone that 3AW’s Neill Mitchell recently achieved and while another 30 years behind the microphone may be a stretch, the former newspaper editor-turned broadcaster is looking a few years down the track.

After winning the Brian White Award at the recent ACRAS night, a reflective Mitchell discussed his future at the talk station.
