Kyle Sandilands ‘stuns’ Jackie O on The Masked Singer

KIIS FM Sydney’s Breakfast star Kyle Sandilands was ‘unmasked’ on The Masked Singer Australia last night to the apparent complete surprise of co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

Henderson is a judge on the program and failed to guess that the star underneath the ‘Rubble’ dog costume was the man who sits beside her on radio every day.

Henderson said missing the signs was “so embarrassing”.

“This is the worst you can get,” she said. “I’m never living this down.”

Guesses from the judging panel included Russell Crowe, Anthony LaPaglia and Guy Pearce.

“When you were singing, there was a flash of you in my mind, but then I was like, ‘No’. You never even let on once. We work together every morning, I‘ve been telling you about Masked Singer every day. All the while, you knew you were gonna be on it,” Henderson said to Sandilands.

Last night’s episode of The Masked Singer Australia had an overnight metro audience of 581,000. The ‘reveal’ segment of the episode, in which singer Macy Gray was revealed, had 762,000.
