Ash London & Woody for the drive home on KIIS

Reporter

KIIS Network’s national drive show Will and Woody is about to look (and sound) a little different, as someone who is no stranger to the world of radio joins the team to keep usual co-host Will McMahon’s seat warm during his time on paternity leave.

Ash London will return to the airwaves and take on the role of co-host for the next two weeks.

Already a celebrated broadcaster within the entertainment industry, Ash’s previous repertoire includes hosting Ash London LIVE, The Loop and most recently, a number of her own podcasts such as New Mum, Who Dis? and Sunny Side Up!

Kicking off this Monday, Ash London and Woody promise to continue to bring the infectious fun that the boys are usually known for through a high energy show full of banter, gossip, daily news and celebrity interviews.

The duo are long-time friends, having once worked together in previous roles and are excited to bring their dynamic relationship to air.

Of the new gig, Ash London says “What a way to return to radio! Big love to ARN for their support and of course Woody, who has agreed to breastfeed my son in the ad breaks.”

Of his new partner-in-crime, Woody Whitelaw says, “I’ve been a big fan of Ash London for a long time. She is an elite operator who possesses the professionalism that will be so sorely missed with Will taking some time to be with his beautiful daughter Max. She also didn’t invite me to her wedding and the man that she married fired me from my first radio job. This hasn’t been forgotten and I look forward to bringing it up as much as possible during our time together on air.”

Ash London and Woody can be heard on KIIS 1065, KIIS 101.1, KIIS 97.3 and Mix102.3 from 4-6PM, on 96FM from 5-6pm or via the free iHeartRadio here from Monday 13 June.

Not sure how these 2 clowns are on air.
2 guys laughing at their own jokes?
Hard pass.
Great to see Londo’s back though! Would love to see her have the gig permanently

I’m sure the many talented female announcers across ARN regional are mighty impressed that the company has once again hired from outside the group. What about giving someone new a chance to shine? .

Dumb, dumber and dumbest. Come on ARN you can do so much better. Don’t go back to picking up SCA’s scraps. Here’s three of them in one show. Be imaginative and innovative.
