ARN considering options in SCA takeover bid

ARN have responded to SCA‘s quickfire no to their alternative indicative offer laid out in their AGM a week ago.

SCA said that despite not receiving a formal offer from ARN they would not encourage shareholders to engage with the proposal as it stood.

In a market announcement ARN confirmed that, for them, the deal is not dead and that they are considering alternative proposal options.

Any ‘material developments’ will be shared by ARN to the market when they occur.
