Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel are Australia’s #1 Drive Show on Australia’s most listened-to station. This is a fantastic opportunity for a producer with a few years of experience to take the next step in their career in radio broadcasting and step into a role that will utilise their natural ability to multitask and keep projects on track while ensuring the quality of our on-air broadcast is maintained.
As Producer, you’ll already have the contacts, relationships and professionalism to:
· Manage and inspire a high-performing team (On and off the air),
· Manage Guest Bookings
· Influence content to ensure flawless on-target execution,
· Build segments and shape story arcs that appeal to Nova’s audience,
· Work productively alongside talent in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment,
· Utilise Nova’s social and online platforms to grow Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel’s audience,
· Identify opportunities for content in everyday life and craft that into world-class radio.
What you’ll get bonus points for
· Having a minimum of around four years of experience in a similar role
· Having an understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to support the commercial success of the show and station.
· Having your finger on the pulse of pop culture and ‘what’s next’

· Being highly organised and having the proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines
· Proven ability to maintain extraordinary relationships with your wide range of contacts
· Having full knowledge of the Commercial Radio Australia Codes of Practice

This is a full-time, on-site position located in our South Melbourne studios. You will need to be able to work evenings.
