We have an exciting and rarely offered opportunity for an experienced Music Director with Radio Broadcast experience to join our Nova 96.9 team based in Pyrmont on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Head of Music, you will be an integral part of a team that directly influences the hits and favourites that we put on air and on demand.

What are we looking for?

  • Appropriate qualifications in music scheduling, with experience using the RCS suite of products including expertise in GSelector
  • Radio Experience preferred – Minimum 4 years in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written
  • A team player who will actively participate, develop and maintain effective and positive relationships with record companies and partners
  • A music lover with an understanding of relevant music trends and pop culture.
  • Exceptional time management skills combined with the ability to prioritise to ensure the creation of the perfect music log
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility in your working hours – you will have a “Whatever it takes” approach to get the job done.
