Watch triple j’s Brooke Boney reading Betoota Advocate headlines
The increasingly pervasive satirical publication The Betoota Advocate recently spoke with triple j‘s Brooke Boney.
Brooke chatted with Betoota editors Clancy Overell and Errol Parker about coming from a mining family and her meteoric rise from a DJ on the Hunter Valley’s coal-side to becoming the newsreader on the public broadcaster’s Ben and Liam Breakfast show.
While in the ‘Koala Mattress’ studios at ‘Desert Rock FM’ Brooke also read some of the hilarious news headlines from the week just gone, during which she visibly tried to hide a wry smile.
