UPDATE: Ugly Phil for afternoons on Triple M Sydney and Melbourne

Radio Today has learned that Triple M is beaming Ugly Phil into Melbourne from Sydney today.

SCA have now confirmed Ugly Phil will remain on-air in Melbourne, networked from Sydney, while Jane Gazzo is on maternity leave.

Ugly Phil can already be heard on the Triple M network via his Generation 90’s show which airs between 12pm and 1pm.

Most recently, Dave ‘Higgo’ Higgins has been temporarily hosting afternoons on the M’s but is no longer with the station.

Last year Nova confirmed it would also network workdays, with Greg Burns covering both Sydney and Melbourne Nova 96.9’s studio.
