Today was the big day for Hughesy. He checked in, he was laid out and ready. Perhaps Hughesy & Kate’s Facebook post says it best?

“Hughesy’s getting ready to say goodbye to his little friends! Snip snip!”

10 minutes later all done but plenty of social posts in the lead up to the occasion. Dave will be On-Air from 4 today as normal, frozen peas optional?

Hughesy did also highlight his wife’s support for the recovery.
