Sideshow: Takes World’s Best Imager Title

Mike “Sideshow” Andersen, the guy behind Triple M Imaging at Southern Cross Austereo; has taken out the title of World’s Best Imager. Take a listen.

A battle went down last week at the All Access Worldwide Radio Summit at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

Sidey took on three-time Iron Imager Champion Dan Kelly, Creative Services Director of WPLJ and NASH-FM New York, in the head-to-head live audio imaging competition.

The comp by Benztown had both producing on the fly, a 60-second station ID for a format unannounced until the day of the live competition. The format was US Political Talk.

The Iron Imager finalists used elements from one of Benztown’s 20 production libraries and an original script and voiceover talent, Joe Cipriano.
