SEN secures exclusive radio coverage for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games

Sports Entertainment Network will be bringing Australians total radio coverage of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games after they secured the exclusive radio rights throughout Australia.

The deal was secured via a partnership with Birmingham 2022 Australian media partner, The Seven Network.

This move will see SEN broadcast Seven’s live commentary feed from July 28th to the conclusion of The Games on August 8th.

Additional dedicated SEN programming, previews and analysis will accompany Seven’s commentary both in the build-up and during the competition.

Further information on SEN’s dedicated programming and hosting talent will be announced in the lead-up to The Games.

SEN Chief Executive Officer Craig Hutchison said he looked forward to delivering extensive coverage from every moment of The Games.

“We are delighted to bring our listeners live and exclusive broadcast coverage from the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games,” said Hutchison.

“We will be a prime destination for fans who want to enjoy live commentary as the Aussies go for gold, while also going in-depth to discuss our athletes and teams.”

SEN’s coverage will be broadcast across radio stations including: 1116 SEN (Melbourne), 1170 SEN (Sydney) and the soon-to-be-launched SENQ 693 (Brisbane) in addition to digital channels and the SEN app.

Australians can tune into Channel 77mate and 7plus to catch all the Commonwealth Games action, with up to 30 live and replay channels.
