Ronan Keating is making a permanent move to radio, signing up to host the breakfast show on UK-based Magic, along with Harriet Scott.

Ronan Keating has previously hosted on BBC Radio 2, covering for Steve Wright in 2009, and also presented a weekend show on Magic. He first joined the Bauer station in 2010 to host Sunday afternoons.

Keating was last on Australian screens as a coach on The Voice in 2016 and before that he was a judge on the Australia’s The X Factor from 2010-2014.

In March it was announced that the Former Boyzone member is to appear on the fourth season of popular Nine Network series, Love Child.

Keating said he can’t wait to get started with the new Magic Breakfast show. “We’ll make sure you get the perfect start to your day with plenty of laughs, and all the songs you love”.

Tony Moorey, Magic Radio content director said, “Ronan and Harriet are the perfect pairing for Magic breakfast. He’s an internationally famous singer and presenter, she’s an incredible, award-winning radio broadcaster and together they share a fantastic mix of humour, a passion for those huge songs our listeners love and a genuine talent of creating entertaining shows for the audience.”
