Richard was once part of the Cooke & Moore Breakfast show that ruled Hobart's airwaves for 22 years and was even turned into a TV show.

He says his biggest achievements come from his work with the community, in particular the recent bushfire disaster in Tasmania.

Moore describes working at 7HOFM as "playing for your favourite football team” and he is now looking forward to spending time with his wife Sylvia and their grandchildren.

This is Richard when he introduced himself to Prince Charles as the King of Hobart radio.
