Nova poach Hamish & Andy staffer

Nova has announced the appointment of Katie Dower as Executive Producer of the 'Meshel, Tim & Marty' Drive show.

Katie joins her husband, who is also based at Nova 100, Matty Dower; the Production Director for the station.

(Katie) Dower has most recently been Operations Manager and Executive Producer for the Hamish & Andy Show with Southern Cross Austereo, and has a long history with the company.

Previously she has worked as an SCA Creative Writer, and Producer for Hamish & Andy.

She said; “I’m excited to be joining the talented team at Nova and launching head long into some new challenges. Clearly I love a challenge with my second child due later this year.”

Katie will commence in the role of Executive Producer on 1 February 2013.
