New Brisy Radio Station (sort of)

Next Wednesday night is the deciding Rugby League State of Origin match in Brisbane.

For NSW fans, they will hoping to break a drought of seven years. For Queensland fans, they just want to win again.

Now, Nova Brisbane has launched a special event digital radio station that officially launches tonight (Sunday) at Midnight, and runs until Thursday 5 July: the day after the Origin decider.

Nova breakfast host Luttsy said; 

“Like all Queenslanders, everyone at Nova is pumped for the awesome spectacle that is State of Origin, the Nova 106.9FM team can’t wait to broadcast live from the game, but we knew we could do more for those who have maroon blood pumping through their veins, hence Nova’s Maroon Radio was born!”

The content on the digital station will be built from commentary from the Nova Breakfast show, 'Ash, Kip and Luttsy', Queensland sporting identities, recorded messages from Queenslanders, and will feature music largely selected by the Queensland Origin team.
