New addition hooked on 4BC weekends

Channel 7’s Paul Burt, known in Queensland as the fishing, boating, weather and surf expert, is joining 4BC’s weekend line-up.

He will be heard Saturday and Sunday for a half hour spot from 5:30am, just as local surfers and divers, along with anglers and boaties get set to cast off.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the air waves with 4BC providing up to date information to our listeners on what’s happening in our backyard for all lovers of fishing and boating, to diving and surfing,” Burt said.

4BC General Manager Anthony Frangi said: “Paul is larger than life and so connected to our outdoor lifestyle, we look forward to having him as part of our weekend line-up and know he will be warmly received by our listeners.”
