Garry Dean is new the Creative Director for Nova 93.7. Leading the Perth creative team for Nova Entertainment Garry said, “My mission has always been to make the ad break more entertaining than the rest of the station. That’s going to be a real challenge here at NOVA, and I’m ready for anything … except wearing that Nova Boy suit.”

After years being the Illawarra’s longest running breakfast team, Marty & Bianca on i98 is coming to an end. Bianca Dye announced that she is leaving the i98 Breakfast show and “is off to pursue her bucket list and chase some new opportunities”.

Sarah Tinsley is joining ARN as their National Legal and Business Affairs Director. Sarah was Senior Counsel with Fairfax Media and Fairfax Radio Network and she has also worked as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Nova Entertainment.

ARN has appointed Sue Carter as the new CD for Mix102.3 and Cruise 1323 in Adelaide. Sue has worked both in Australia and overseas including UTV in Ireland as well as GWR, GGap and JACKfm in the UK, where JACKfm took out station of the year in 2011 and 2012.

Amy Moon has been appointed General Manager at Joy 94.9.

NOVA Entertainment has promoted Tamie Williams to the new position of National Head of Direct Sales. Tamie will work with the Direct Sales Managers across the network.

Christian Argenti will host the new show, The Greatest Years in Music across 36 LocalWorks stations regionally from July 27.

Ciaran Davis has been appointed the new CEO of APN, the parent company of ARN. Since 2010 Ciaran has been the CEO of Australian Radio Network which is now dominating the landscape. He replaces Michael Miller who has resigned to join News Limited as Executive Chairman.

Marc McCreadie is the new Program Manager of Capital Radio Network’s FOREVER CLASSIC 2CA Canberra.

Tony Veitch has signed a long term deal with NZME. It will see Tony not only host Veitch on Sport show on Newstalk ZB and Radio Sport but extend his reach across NZME’s other properties including press with the New Zealand Herald, digital, video and their social media platforms.
