Tom Lewis has officially been named as the second member of K-ROCK’s Fresh Daily team, joining Josh Buckle. Ex-Hot 100 Darwin, recently on K-Rock Mornings and few ACRA wins along the way, Tom has been on breakfast with Buckle over the last few weeks.

James Mathison, Sam Mac and Kate Mac will be filling in for Nova’s breakfast teams in Sydney and Melbourne.

After 15 years, he is almost part of the furniture in Charlestown, having achieved the number 1 Breakfast show with Tanya Wilks, and currently as host of the Rush Hour on Drive….not to mention covering the Footy. But now, David Collins run at KO FM in Newcastle will come to a close.

After a 46 year career, Brian Wilshire, who hosts 2GB Overnight’s is calling it a day. “After 46 fantastic years in radio, I’ve finally decided that it’s time for a break to look after my health and finish that next book,” said Brian. Brian joined 2GB in 1979 on the Weeknights (12am to 3:30am) program and in 1981, he pioneered the “Midnight Matchmaker” program which ran for nine years. He also created the “Instant Drama” show where callers would ad-lib dramatic episodes and which would later become known as Theatre Sports.

After seven years with 2CC and 16 years On-Air in Canberra, Mark Parton has called it quits. Mark’s final show will be December 18 with him focussing on his marketing and social media company Parton Me.

Ryan Rathbone is the new National Content Director for The Edge brand. He will look after all of Edge brands across Radio, TV and Digital. For Ryan it will be the first time he has stepped into the programming chair since leave Sydney when he was MIX106.5 CD.

Nick Gill is joining Sophie Tiller for breakfast on Newcastle’s NXFM. Nick until recently called Adelaide and Triple M home working on the Rush Hour for three or so years.

Nova 100’s new breakfast show of Chrissie Swan, Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown slated for January, Dean ‘Deano’ Thomas will join them as the shows anchor. Deano joined NOVA Entertainment seven years ago as a weekend announcer for Nova 937 Perth. In 2011 he moved to Melbourne to host national Late Nights on the NOVA Network before moving to Mornings in 2013 on Nova 100.

Jaben Ryan will move to Melbourne to take on Nova 100 Mornings. Jaben’s currently doing weekend breakfast on Sydney’s Nova 96.9 and the host of the Fresh 40 Countdown on the Nova Network. He has been with NE since 2012, starting Nova 91.9 Adelaide on arvo’s and early 2014 moved to Sydney.

Jo Stanley will join Anthony ‘Lehmo’ Lehmann on Gold 104.3 for 2016 Breakfast. For over ten years, Jo with now fellow ARN workmate Matt Tilley consistently had the #1 FM Breakfast Show in Melbourne on Fox FM. Currently she is heard on weekend breakfast nationally on the Hit Network.
