MC sleeps out for homeless

The Dan and Maz Show's Mike Christian aka MC has spent a chilly night at the MCG.

MC, along with a group of Today Network sales reps, camped out on the concrete last night for the Melbourne City Mission's Sleep at the 'G.

"It was definitely an eye opener," he said.

"This is what thousands of people go through every day.”

The event raises money to help put an end to youth homelessness and MC added more than $600 to the charity's total.

Last night was the second time the radio announcer has joined in the annual event.
